  1. Do I bring my equipment to you for service/repair or do you send a

  3. How do I make an appointment for one of your service technicians to come
out and look at my equipment?
  4. How can I get some technical support?
  5. I live in Illinois, but I'm wondering if you still come out to my area?
  6. My treadmill needs some lubrication under the belt and on top of the deck,
do you sell this type of lubricant and what exactly does it do?
ANSWERS
  1. We will send an experienced/trained technician to you home at a time that is convenient to you. This will save you the headache and trouble of hauling/
loading your vehicle and then driving to us...not to mention that most exercise
equipment is very heavy and may require more than 1 person to carry it into
your vehicle. If you attempt this, be very careful. We've known customers who
have done this kind of thing only to find out that they have thrown their backs
out or damaged their house and or car just trying to get the machine to us.
  2. Obviously, if your equipment doesn't feel right or if it's an electrical piece
that involves power, and it doesn't turn on, call us or look at our
*(click here for our troubleshooting link) if it's a treadmill. If it's noisy,
hesitating, running rough, vibrating, smelling funny... You probably need service
or a tune-up. Please don't hesitate to call us! We're here to help!

  5. We service the entire Chicagoland area and suburbs.
  6. Yes, we sell lubricants for all makes and models. This is an excellent way to
keep the amp draw low. Amp draw in simple terms, is how hard your
treadmill is working to maintain a certain speed and/ or elevation. The lower
the amp draw, the more efficient your treadmill will run and it will also run
at a lower temperature...which means it will wear out less and you will get
more years out of it. We recommend you lubricate your treadmill every 3-6
months, depending on the number of users and intensity levels (running vs
walking...and how fast). It's like an oil change on your car. The absolute best
thing you can do. A small price to pay for such a big return.
